  Event duration : 7.00pm to 9.30pm  
     
  Players to wear Lostock Kit for sponsor photographs  
     
 
7.00 pm Registration of players for a competative mixed tournament (don't be late!)
     
7.30 pm   First games take place under the guidance of club managers and coaches
     
8.45 pm   Completion of the football tournament,
     
9.00 pm   Presentation Ceremony in the Community Centre.
     
9.30 pm   Finish and Clear Down
 
     
  Bar Open from 7.00pm  
     
  IMPORTANT NOTES  
  Please advise your manager if you are going to be for the tournament registration or cannot make the presentation event.  
 

Volounteers will be required to help run the day.

All managers/coaches are responsible for their players.

Parents and family are welcome at this event. Football competitions are open to any player between the age of 9 and 17.
